The Meaning of Nyarbuda
Nyarbudam means ten thousand crores. When we count, we go through ones, tens, hundreds, thousands, ten thousands, lakhs, ten lakhs, crores, ten crores, hundred crores, and then thousand crores, and beyond that ten thousand crores. However, in Sanatana Dharma, there are names for even much larger numbers. A thousand crores is called ‘Arbudam’. Ten thousand crores is called ‘Nyarbudam’ — that is, a one followed by 11 zeros. There are names and significance for numbers going all the way up to ‘Mahabhuri’, which has 34 zeros after a one.
A charitable trust was established with the name Nyarbuda, drawn from this system of numerical enumeration. It was designed for social service activities, spiritual programs, and cultural initiatives. Before starting this Trust, a sankalpa (sacred resolve) was taken for the ‘Shatakoti Lalita Rahasya Nama Sahasra Parayana Maha Yajnam’.
Jaganmata, who is the very form of Nature, should not be limited to a single idol, a picture, or a lump of turmeric. When we perform recitations and pujas only in that limited way, we stop there. But the Jaganmata who pervades all of creation should be seen and worshipped everywhere. That means we must engage in service to society. When sensitivity is added to service, the delicate arts like Lalita Kala emerge and should be encouraged. With this vision — if stotra parayanam reaches one hundred crore, then the worship of the Universal-form Mother should be a hundred times greater — all these programs are being conducted, and the Nyarbuda Charitable Trust was established to organize them.
As part of this, the Trust conducts various activities including performing parayanams, teaching those who are curious to learn, conducting online classes through qualified teachers for that purpose, providing financial assistance to those who have the curiosity but lack the means to study, and encouraging artists. న్యర్బుదం అంటే ఏమిటి
న్యర్బుదం అంటే పదివేలకోట్లు. మనం లెక్క పెట్టేప్పుడు ఒకట్లు, పదులు, వందలు, వేలు, పదివేలు, లక్ష, పదిలక్షలు, కోటి, పదికోట్లు, వందకోట్లు అంటూ లెక్కపెడతాం. తరవాత వెయ్యికోట్లు. ఆ పై పదివేలకోట్లు అంటూ సాగుతుంది. కాని, సనాతన ధర్మంలో ఇంకా చాలా ఎక్కువ సంఖ్యలని లెక్క పెట్టటానికి కూడా పేర్లు ఉన్నాయి. వెయ్యికోట్లని ‘అర్బుదం’ అంటారు. పదివేల కోట్లని ‘న్యర్బుదం’ అంటారు. అంటే ఒకటి పక్కన 11 సున్నలు ఉంటాయి. ఒకటి తరవాత 34 సున్నలు ఉండే ‘మహాభూరి’ వరకు పేర్లు, వాటి ప్రాముఖ్యం ఉన్నాయి.
ఇటువంటి సంఖ్యాగణనంలో ఉన్న న్యర్బుదం పేరుతో ఒక చారిటబుల్ ట్రస్ట్ ని ప్రారంభించటం జరిగింది. అందులో సమాజసేవాకార్యక్రమాలకి, ఆధ్యాత్మిక, సాంస్కృతిక కార్యక్రమాలకి రూపకల్పన చేయటం జరిగింది. ఈ ట్రస్ట్ ప్రారంభించటానికి ముందుగా ‘శతకోటి లలితారహస్యనామసాహస్ర పారాయణ మహాయజ్ఞం’ అనే దానికి సంకల్పం తీసుకోవటం జరిగింది.
ప్రకృతిస్వరూపిణి అయిన జగన్మాతని ఒక్క విగ్రహానికో, చిత్రపటానికో, పసుపుముద్దకో పరిమితంచేసి, పారాయణాలు, పూజలు చేయటంతో, ఆగిపోక సమస్తంలోను వ్యాపించి ఉన్న జగన్మాతని చూసి ఆరాధించాలి అంటే సమాజసేవ చేయాలని, సేవలో సున్నితత్వాన్ని జోడించినప్పుడు వ్యక్తమయ్యే లలితకళలు మొదలైన వాటిని ప్రోత్సహించాలనే భావనతో స్తోత్రపారాయణ వందకోట్లు అయితే విశ్వరూప అయిన అమ్మ ఆరాధన అంతకన్న వందరెట్లు అధికంగా ఉండాలని ఈ కార్యక్రమాలన్నిటిని నిర్వహించటానికి ఈ న్యర్బుద ఛారిటబుల్ ట్రస్ట్ ఏర్పాటు చేశారు.

The Nyarbuda Charitable Trust was established with a divine vision to promote spiritual awareness, collective devotion, and dharmic activities for the welfare of all beings. The Trust is dedicated to organizing sacred recitations, spiritual programs, and charitable activities that bring devotees together in the service of the Divine Mother.
The Trust has initiated the monumental Shatakoti (100 Crore) Lalita Rahasya Nama Sahasra Stotra Parayana Maha Yajna, a grand spiritual endeavor that aims to unite thousands of devotees in collective sacred recitation.
Our Sacred Mission
Ashtottara Shata Pradosha Lalita Rahasya Nama Sahasra Stotra Parayana Deeksha is being conducted.
Starting from the beginning of the holy month of Shravana, every day during the Pradosha period (around 6:00 PM), an online group recitation of the Lalita Rahasya Nama Sahasra Stotram will be held, where everyone can participate together.
Throughout these 108 days, there will be 100 group leaders, each leading their own group of participants. Every group leader will have several members under them. Together, this program spans the sacred months of Shravana, Bhadrapada, Ashwayuja, and Kartika, covering the major part of the Chaturmasya period.
Performing this spiritual practice during this auspicious time brings immense blessings and grace from Jaganmata (Divine Mother Lalita Devi).
The Grand Maha Yajna
The inspiration behind taking up this collective spiritual resolve is that the Nyarbuda Charitable Trust has initiated the Shatakoti (100 Crore) Lalita Rahasya Nama Sahasra Stotra Parayana Maha Yajna.
As part of this grand initiative, for 108 consecutive days, there will be 100 groups, each consisting of 1,000 devotees, making a total of 100,000 (one lakh) recitations every day.
These daily recitations will be offered as a contribution to the Shatakoti Lalita Rahasya Nama Sahasra Stotra Parayana Maha Yajna.
The Significance of Participation
Therefore, even if a devotee performs just one recitation, by participating in this collective effort, they become a part of the spiritual merit generated by the entire group. This is the significance and greatness of participating in a Yajna (collective sacred offering).
Hence, everyone is requested to make use of this rare and blessed opportunity and be spiritually enriched by participating in this divine initiative.
